Account and data deletion

Delete your Logos account at any time.

This page explains how to remove your Logos Philosophy account, what data is deleted, and what may be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Delete from inside the app

If you can access the app, this is the fastest way to delete your account and associated personal data.

Open Logos Philosophy. Sign in with the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings. Open the profile or settings area from the app.

Choose Delete account. Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.

Confirm deletion. The action permanently removes the account data listed below.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email sergiosanchezgarcia94@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request. Include the email address used for your Logos account so we can identify it.

For your security, we may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before completing an email-based deletion request.

Data deleted

  • Profile and Firebase authentication identity
  • Favorites and reading progress
  • Reflections and saved notes
  • AI dialogue sessions and chat messages stored by Logos
  • Points, collectibles, and app account state

Data retained

Local preferences Language and onboarding preferences stored only on your device are not affected by server deletion.
Anonymous analytics Aggregated usage events may be retained for up to 12 months to improve app quality.
Subscription records Purchase and subscription records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes for up to 7 years.
