1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Logos you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. Account
You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Subscriptions
Free tier: Access to daily quotes, reading streaks, favorites, and limited AI dialogue (point-based).
Premium subscription: Unlimited AI dialogue, all visual themes, and no advertising. Billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime through your device’s subscription settings. To manage or cancel your subscription on iOS: App Store → your account → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Subscriptions.
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice.
5. Points system
Points are virtual currency with no monetary value. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time.
6. AI dialogue
AI-generated dialogue is for educational and reflective purposes only. It does not constitute professional philosophical, psychological, legal, or medical advice. The AI is powered by Google Gemini and may occasionally produce inaccurate responses.
7. Content
Philosophical quotes included in the app are either in the public domain, used under fair use, or original paraphrases clearly identified as such.
8. Prohibited use
You may not: reverse-engineer the app, scrape content at scale, use the app for commercial purposes without our written consent, attempt to circumvent the subscription system, or use the AI dialogue for any harmful purpose.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, data loss, or decisions made based on app content or AI responses.
10. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is removed.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
